Your Credit Card is Secure

Rest assured you can shop safely and secure at POPvault. You won't have to worry about the safety of your credit card and personal information.

When you place an order at POPvault, we protect your credit card number and personal information by encrypting it. Encryption scrambles your credit card number and personal information. It stays scrambled while traveling over the internet and remains scrambled even while stored on our system. For secure e-commerce transactions, POPvault uses secure server software (SSL), the industry standard and among the best software available today.

Sales Tax

POPvault is an e-commerce retailer exclusively. If sales tax is required by a specific state or local the appropriate sales tax will be calculated during the order check out process and will be based on existing local, state and federal laws.

Any sales taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Pre-orders

POPvault may take pre-orders on some items and you may pre-order those items on our site if you choose to do so. Pre-ordered items will be noted as such and will reflect an expected shipping availability date. If you pre-order an item at POPvault, your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed and we will ship the item(s) to you on the actual availability date. Therefore, your total time for delivery would be:

Total time for delivery = Time until availability date + Number of delivery days
(based on the shipping method chosen during the checkout process)

Availability dates are supplied to us by the manufacturers of the product and are subject to change. We update the availability information on our site immediately upon receiving it.

If you do not wish to wait for a postponed item, you may request a cancellation for your order provided that the item has not been shipped. If you do not notify us before we ship the item we will assume you have accepted the shipment delay.

If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the new availability date, a cancellation will be processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Payments

All orders must be paid in U.S. currency and denominations and and we require verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment through our card processing partner or PayPal.

Product Availability

POPvault supplies product from its distribution facility as well as third party shippers and on occasion, your order may be out of stock. In this event, POPvault will notify you via email with the status of your order. You will always be notified when this situation occurs and if you wish to cancel your order at that time you may do so without penalty or request that we keep it on backorder. All notifications will be sent via email.

Rebates

On occasion POPvault will offer rebates and provide a link to print out your forms. We will also include a rebate form with the product when it ships. POPvault is not responsible for acceptance or decline of your rebate submission.

Coupons and Special Offers

On occasion, POPvault will offer discounts and other special offers to its customers. Coupons are sometimes available directly on the site or may be available by joining our newsletter and are simple to use.

POPvault coupons if available can be redeemed during the check out process.

During the order process, enter your coupon code where prompted.
See the discount applied on your order total at the end of your ordering process.

Coupon Usage Guidelines

One coupon per customer.
Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon offer.
Coupons are issued with expiration dates and some may be while supplies last.
Each coupon may have different requirements and discounts. Dollar-off coupons usually have minimum purchase amounts. Percentage-off and shipping coupons usually have maximum dollar values. All requirements must be met to receive your discount.
Some coupons are valid only on certain specific products.
Coupons cannot be replaced if the code is lost or stolen.
Unless it is an offer for free or discounted shipping all coupons are applied to the merchandise subtotal, before any shipping charges or taxes.
If you return an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be refunded only for the actual amount you paid.
Shipping Coupons may not be applicable in certain states, countries, or territories. All coupons will specify any exceptions to the offer.
