Returns
Return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review the details of our return policy below to determine what procedures are necessary and if any special return conditions apply.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. While most items purchased from POPvault are returnable, returns are subject to the following guidelines:
Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
POPvault will issue a full refund for all item(s) plus all shipping costs for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items.
Acceptable Conditions for other returns and credits
Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packaging, accessories, and content intact in order to receive credit. No personalized items may be returned.
You can request a return authorization by logging into your account here. If you need any further assistance you may contact us at: customer.service@popvault.biz. Please include the reason for your return and your original order number and we will respond with an authorization and instructions for the return.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorization. Return authorizations will expire after 30 business days from the date they are requested, and the item will not be accepted if it is shipped after that timeframe. Please include a copy of your original receipt in the package when it is returned so we may insure that you receive proper credit.
For your protection, all returns must be shipped prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as USPS, FedEx, etc. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot give refunds for lost returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Refund credits are processed to the original payment method upon confirmation of the return. Credits are usually processed within 5 days of receipt of your return however; please allow 1 billing cycle for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
To Submit a Return Request:
Click the profile icon in the upper left in the store's navigation to complete a request for your return.
- Log in to your account.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and processed, you will receive a refund.
